What Happened To Descriptions ??

Maybe I am just a PICKY SHOPPER,  I am having a difficult time shopping lately on the Bay. Actually, I am a Shop - A - Holic.

Why are the descriptions not even letting me know it the item is new or used? I see no tags hanging, so I leave since there was just a one liner regarding payment due as soon as auction ends, and shipping was $15.00 or more.

One Picture Blurred Does Not Give Me 1000 WORDS!

Some Sellers Can Catch My Eye, With Just One Nice Picture, Tag displayed, the dimensions and color, at least.

Without Details, I will walk away from an item, regardless of how cheap it may be.

A big portion of Selling in a Retail Store is Know Your Product, it's no different here online.

I can look back upon purchasing an items before, and the seller was always pleasant, would be willing to take another picture for you at least.

Where Is This All Heading and Why The Dramatic Change ?

I sincerly hope things change before the Holidays, I do a lot of my shopping here. I want DETAILS, I need to know if an item has been will be beautiful enough to give as a gift. Sellers, just take a few minutes more and give us Buyers an Inviting Descriptions.

Well, it's mid September, the New Carpet is Rolling Out, With Us Buyers not being able to ask if you would like Insurance, which is bad enough.

I AM SAVING MONEY ON YOUR LISTINGS JUST THOUGHT I WOULD TELL OFFER MY HUMBLE OPINION.

Did you know I except to even know if a Pampering Product is new, or if shelf life has taken it's toll over 3 years for most lotions.

I love to also know why it's good for my skin, is it moisturizing? It's a good practice to get to know your products, and the line prior to selling them.

The enthusiasm has left with the descriptions, I am getting old used handbags, fakes, and Not Very Happy.

Online Shopping is now a way of life, get yourself adjusted to giving good quality service to your customers, without just expecting a picture and a brief title to explain it all.

It's Sunday morning, I have gone through most of my favorite searches, and I did not bid or purchase one item. So, off to the Mall to shop.
