Cyberdark Impact introduces 60 awesome new cards, including new "LV" monsters. But the hottest things about Cyberdark Impact are the Cyberdark monsters.
There are three main Cyberdark monsters - "Cyberdark Horn", "Cyberdark Keel" and "Cyberdark Edge". Each one is a Level 4 Machine with 800 ATK and DEF. That may not sound like much, but when you summon one, you get to equip it with a Level 3 or lower Dragon monster from your Graveyard. Then, your Cyberdark monster gains the Dragon’s attack points, and if it’s destroyed by battle the Dragon is destroyed instead!
There’s one more Cyberdark monster, and it’s the biggest, baddest of all, "Cyberdark Dragon"! "Cyberdark Horn", "Cyberdark Edge" and "Cyberdark Keel"= 1 destructive monster!! Like the other Cyberdark monsters, it equips itself with a Dragon from your graveyard when it’s summoned and gains its attack, but "Cyberdark Dragon" can equip ANY Dragon! Equipping it with a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" will give it 4000 attack points! Like that wasn’t enough, it gains an extra 100 attack points for each monster in your Graveyard.
If you think you’re ready to try out this awesome new Deck, there are a few things you should keep in mind. Make sure you include some Level 3 and lower Dragons with high attack points so you can equip them to your Cyberdark monsters. "Twin-Headed Behemoth" and "Masked Dragon" (both from the Dragon’s Roar Structure Deck) are perfect for the job!
You’ll also want to include the Spell Card "Overload Fusion" (from Power of the Duelist) because it will let you Fusion Summon "Cyberdark Dragon" even if the some of your component Cyberdark monsters are in your Graveyard!
The basic rules for tag team duels!!
Here are some basic tips and rules for tag team duelling, there are no official rules for this but I found these from an official Yu-Gi-Oh website.
+ Each player needs their own Deck, 2 players make a team.
+ Each team shares 8000 Life Points. When they drop to 0 your team loses.
+ Take turns in this order: Team A’s Player 1 >> Team B’s Player 1 >> Team A’s Player 2 >> Team B’s player 2 (This is the first player who can make an attack.)
+ You can Tribute your partner’s monsters for your cards or Tribute Summons.
+ Cards that say "your opponent’s side of the field" mean both opponents. So if each of your opponents had two face-up monsters out, "Lightning Vortex" would destroy all four of them!
+ You can’t attack the other teams' Life Points directly unless neither of them have a monster.
Get your friends, grab your Decks and get your Team Duel game on! After you get the rules down, you can also try making two Decks that combo together.
