Creating the flawless Look

Less is more?? Some of you are probally asking what the means.  This simply states that to create that flawless airbrush look, the less makeup you use the better its going to look.  After studying skincare for the last several months I have found the absoulute perfect way to get that flawless Look.  Not everyone wants to achieve the same desirable look though so follow these quick tips to achieve ur day of being the center of attention!!

  1. If you are darker skin ( african, asian ect...) You already have that flawless beautiful skin so tip on applying foundation for you is to start where you need the most coverage! If you are using a department store foundation ,....it should match you absouletly perfect.  So you should start Most people need more coverage on their forehead, and nose, so dap the foundation there and carefully spread ( but do not add more) out to the cheeks and down to the chin.

If you find yourself to have aging lines....a nice glow loose powder... or any illuminating powder is goin to help deminish the lines.  This helps because its going to reflect ligh....causing them to look less noticable! Always my favorite.

2. To set your makeup you need a loose powder.  Pressed powder does nothing but absorb oil.  Pressed powder is more compact and easier to touch up during the day, but always set with a loose powder.  FOr the more oiler skins if you pour your loose powder into you hands rub them together, then pat the powder on your face... this will keep you more matte finish for longer, and cause you to have to avoid touching up.  This is my favorite techinique!

3. Dramatic eye...Ever wonder how the stars get that dramatic eye? To start you will take a black eyeline...color you lid ( use as a shadow bASE) then pat your eyeshadow over.  This is going to give you that extreme color ( will look bold like mac shadows without paying the price)

4. Always Always and I cant say this enough apply concealer over your foundation.....Only to conceal what the foundation didnt already.  To much prdouct will make you look horrible.... Dont use the padded brush that comes with the concealer...use fingertips.  You fingertips on the brushes god gave you.  This is going to be easier to blend.  Use concealer for the airbrush look to illuminate shadows.  To do this you will need a concealer one or two shades lighter than your skin tone.  Apply where you see shadows...example around nose...under chin.

5. Blush....To keep blush lasting longer apply a gel blush first....Gel blushes are tricky,, but the more you practice the better it gets.  After applying you gel blush then apply a powder blush overtop.  This is called double blushing.  This will hold ur blush longer.! Start at the apple of the cheeks and blend up.  ALways remember two fingers from your nose!
