With so many wonderful craft ideas out there. It can be hard to know what you want to do frist. This idea is not new but I have grown to love it. There are so many different ways to express yourself in this craft. I like the idea of a big cork board to put pictures of your friends and family members on, in a collage, it is really fun for you, and for others to look at. The only problem is the holes it puts in you pictures. So I thought it would be fun to make one out of metal and make small cute magnets to put the pictures up with. What FUN! There are no end to the possibilities. Like for a girls room, take strips of flashing, cover them with material that she likes, glue a ribbon on the back to hang it. Then you can make or buy little magnets to match so she can hang pictures of her friends and family on it. Kids can make small ones to hang in thier lockers at school. For you living room or hall way or entry ways, use decorative frames that match your de'cor . Then take a peice of tin flashing and but it in front of the glass ( use to glass to stablize the tin flashing) and decorate with mini magnets. I have started making these in hopes to sell them to those that like the idea but don't have the time or the creativity to do it themselves.

When you make these make sure you use TIN flashing and NOT alumimun flashing! Be very careful ! The tin is very sharp and WILL cut you !! So use gloves. You will need a pair of tin snips.

To make the magnets, use small round magnets and gorilla glue. I have tried JB weld but it did not work as well. You can use beads, button or any small decorations that suit your fancy! So have fun and enjoy sharing your photos with others.  You can also make personalized memo boards. These also make great gifts for  home or the office.
