I received a negative feedack in which the person admitted it was a revenge feedback for a friend. His negative feedback statement was proven wrong however a supervisor at Ebay said I have to go to court and get a court order to remove the feedback. I have to spend thousands of dollars to remove a feedback that an Ebay supervisor knows was a lie?!?!?!?! Just goe spends thousands to remove a "retaliatry negative feedback". A response like that from an Ebay rep. sais it all. Ebay cares?? Ebay will help you?? Ebay assist you??? Ebay does the right thing?? All is NO!!!!!!!!! These actions by Ebay causes members to quit so in return the people who are left have to pay HIGHER prices to maintain Ebay's profits. This chases away more members and than Ebay RAISES there prices again. This is like a snake eating its own tail. DOOM!!!! I wonder what Ebay will do when there are two people left. Charge a million dollars to list an item???? When a false, defaming, purely 100% lie negative feedback is left and Ebay sais spend thousands on a court order to remove it, they are really saying don't bother me. It's like a Doctor with no bedside manners. A little compassion, help, respect, etc.. goes a long way. Some reps. are great while others are heartless in there words. A Paypal worker gave false information and than just hung up. Go spend thousands on a court order. What happened to "old Fashion" RESPECT and common COURTESY!!!!  Maybe an Ebay supervisor or bigshot making millions think a few thousand dollars is nothing. Come back to the "common person" and realize what was said is impossible for more than 99% of Ebay users!!!!  Thousands of dollars to click a button to remove a lie is REDICULOUS!!!  Forget the big houses and sports cars and several hundred dollar dinners and think about the average person. I thought in this world we are all equal. No, that was just a speech about a "DREAM". A "DREAM" that can be related to not only race but faith and importantly financial situtations!! Thousands of Dollars to remove a revenge feedback is absurd, insulting, and one word, "DISGUSTING"!!!!!!
