Counterfeit Phiten products are becoming more and more prevalent on Ebay. How can you determine if the Phiten product you are ordering is authentic? It is the purpose of this guide to answer such questions.

The best way to ensure you are getting authentic Phiten, is to buy from authorized dealers. Phiten now publishes a list of authorized on-line dealers on their website.  Authorized dealers also have been given a logo to display with their on-line listings.  If you don't see the logo, you may want to avoid the seller. 

Many Hong Kong sellers are not selling real Phiten merchandise.  Phiten-USA has purchased from many of the Hong Kong Ebay sellers, and has confirmed that most of them are counterfeits.  This is why they can afford to sell their products at "give away" prices.  Phiten strictly enforces MAP (minimum advertised price) on all their products. If the price seems too good to be true, it may not be a good deal, it may be a cheap knockoff.

X50 products-  Currently Phiten USA does not offer X45, X50 or any thing higher than X30.  This is a dead give away that you are dealing with unauthorized dealers, or knockoffs.  Most X50 sellers are also located in Hong Kong.
