Buyer beware!!!!!  I have just received a counterfeit Jabra JX 10 headset, purchased on EBay.  The seller verified original packaging, and U.S. Model, but I never asked about O.E.M.  I immediately noticed that something was amiss with this device; it dropped pairing, and everyone said the sound was horrible.  I then called Jabra tech support, who enlightened me. The real JX 10's can be recognized by removing the rubber ring on the ear piece, and locating the Jabra I.D. code, and CE certification symbol.  Also, packaging, compared to a real one, is slightly different.  Different manual, different storage pouch, hack job in manufacture of the desktop charger.
