I suggest a careful look at the value of a cotton candy machine if you are bidding. 

Many of the cotton candy machines shown on e-bay are legitimate higher cost units.  They are larger, rugged, and can make a large amount of cotton candy in a short time.  A little research will let a buyer know is he or she is bidding appropriately for a higher cost unit.  This warning is to alert buyers about lesser equipment listed for high prices.

It appears that some sellers are listing less rugged, home use units at very high prices, higher than the units sell or sold for in stores or on the internet.  So, do your research.  Take a look at what similar equipment sells for elsewhere or watch the e-bay auctions over time.  Dont bid on impulse but be sure of what you want and what it is worth.
