When looking for impliments for your Allis Chalmers tractor you will quickly find that the older impliments are hard to find, or priced quite high.  The next logical step is to convert your existing tractor to the modern 3 point setup.

The benefits of a conversion are significant.  Lower cost and easier to find impliments are the greatest of these.  However, the conversion range from overbuilt peices of artwork, to a few pieces thrown together from the farm supply store.  Look carefully at the hitch before buying it, your life may depend on it!  Weak welds, too light of metal used in construction, and poor design can cause failure, placing you in sever danger.  Take the time with the seller to understand how the conversion mounts to your tractor, and how it is constructed.

Does the seller have low feedback?  Some sellers will create seller ID's and abandon the old one as soon as they get negative feedback about their product.  Ask for multiple photos of the product.  Is there something about the conversion that doesn't "look right".  Is it really possible that hitch can fit all those models?
