• The guide is complete with contact information for each state showing the state agency, address,  phone number and website, and/or eMail links you will need to obtain information on contractor's licensing requirements or to find out if a particular contractor is licensed in your state.

• Some states require anybody doing any type of work to have a state issued license while others only require it for certain fields. Other states do not require state licenses however you will be required to hold a license for the county or municipality that the work is being performed in.
