When you start searching for a custom karaoke or dj system.  You find yourself looking at so many different ads. The biggest problem we see is that salespeople have centuries of misleading
DNA in their brains.  From generation to generation, sales tactics are the main driving force to get people to buy and consumers are for the most part brain washed.  (Please do not take that personally).

We created our company because we worked for other places that could never match our desire to truly put our hearts and souls into the customers.  We felt there were too many tactics and not enough
of what drove us as people who cared.  We boldly state that we dislike salespeople in general and I think that is what makes us truly different.  If you search on eBay right now for karaoke systems, dj systems, amplifers, speakers, etc.  Then you look carefully at the trend that is common within most of them, you will begin to see what we are saying.  Salespeople are like politicians or magicians
(figure of speech).  They tell or show you what they think/know you WANT to hear. Not what you really NEED to hear.

Let me ask you this question:  You see the day time talk shows or divorce court episodes.  You ever notice how outlandish it seems?  They do what it takes to hype up what they are selling to the public.

Example;  Type in karaoke system on eBay. You will see many different types with different wattage's, different values.  We see ads that claim that their karaoke system that is priced below $2,000.00
is over 1,000 watts.  Now, are they flat out lying to you? no!  Are they playing the game and taking advantage of bloated numbers and being highly misleading or unethical, you be the judge to that!

Or you see the ads where they claim you are saving hundreds to thousands of dollars.  First of all.  Even our MOST expensive systems has NEVER yielded any type of profit in the thousands.  Doesn't
something sound odd about that?   So of course we are sickened by the ads that make such claims.  Or say you are getting 50% off.   If eBay prices are typically cheaper than store prices to begin with.
How could you save 50%?   We simply tell customers:  If we say a system is worth thousands, we are going to sell it to you for thousands.  We are NOT going to tell someone a karaoke system is worth $3,000.00 and then turn around and sell it to you for $2,000.00.  You must forgive us, we find it very offensive that in this day and age, that people still don't mind these sales tactics to exist.

Going back the the wattage thing.  We sell a QSC amplifier that is 200 watts per side and is advertised as such.  for $299.99  and then we see countless ads that claim the amp is 3,000 watts and you
are paying less money.  Where does "too good to be true" light off in ones head?  So if we honestly advertise the real wattage of the amplifier and others mislead you with false "crucial" claims.  You know what happens.  We sell one of the QSC amps a month and the other seller that simply plays the game and gives you the ridiculous wattage ratings sells 100 of them.  We lose!  yet are cursed to want to educate people and do EVERYTHING from the heart.

Do you know that we have and can sell the other amps that get everyone's attention.  It would be a much easier road.  But then who would you have left to stand up and fight this awful trend.  I remember working at another store and watching the other salesperson brag about this 3,000 watt amplifier we had in stock and because he hyped it up so much, the guy bought it.  YET the reason why a store does not like someone like me is because I refuse to tell people what I think they want to hear.  That same person (true story)  was at a party doing a dj gig at a party 7 months later and I happen to be there.
The amplifier broke in the middle of the show.  Wonder why?  I think you know the answer.  Do you know that better built amplifier that was only 200 watts of REAL power would of crushed that cheaper 3,000 watt amplifier in the long run. YET that's not what the customer needed to hear right then, the salespeople know the game and that's why we hate what this industry stands for.

As far as the differences between systems, we would have to write a bible on the subject.  I think we were more concerned about educating you on a much deeper level based upon pure human
emotions.  EVERYTHING is priced the way it is for a reason.  No different than looking at our different systems.  We could have a system that is $1,500 and has 28 items in it, then you can see another system of ours that is $4,500 and only have 12 pieces in it.  The human mind on the surface and the unscrupulous sellers want you to think more is better, etc.  We simply give you the BIGGEST bang and MOST honest price you will EVER find for every system.  So if you think for one second that the system we designed for $1,500 is anywhere the quality of the $4,500 system then let us educate you and let you see the larger picture.  We price things the way they are for a good reason!

Example;  We had a customer contact us wanting a full karaoke/dj system and ours was priced at $2,900.00.  We were forced to compare apples with another system online that looked like it was so much larger.  We advertised the two speakers at 300 watts each.  Yet the competitor claimed their system had over 1,000 watts in each speaker and was only $1,495.00 for the whole system.  I mean gosh, they even had two big sub woofers with the system too.  Now that is impressive.  To prove our point.  We designed a system that was identical to that other ad and we were able to sell it for $1,160. for the same thing.  We knew that on the surface, the other system to an uneducated buyer would make it look like it was a much better deal than ours.  We even designed a system for less money and even gave the customer BIGGER speakers and MORE wattage (of course the misleading wattage) and easily showed them why nothing is as it seems on the surface.

Even a sellers feedback does NOT tell the whole story. You can easily challenge us and say: Well, if the system is cheaper quality than yours. Why is it that buyers leave them great reviews???
When a buyer does not know how to properly compare apples, they tend to settle or fall for many things.  Case in point.  We launched ads here locally for the same type of HORRIBLE misleading
style ads we sell all over the internet.  Claimed the system was $2,000-$3,000 retail and they were gonna get it for less than half that.  We gave ratings to the speakers that were over 1,000 watts
of massive power, etc.  TOTALLY hyping it up.  Do you know what happened?  MORE MORE MORE people purchased from those ads than our HONEST ads.  Thus proving the point from
within.  And do you know what the feedback was about the systems?  THEY LOVED IT!

OR last xmas.  We ran a special for a player, dual wireless mics, and some karaoke disc. It was worth about $179 at most because we used really cheap mics, and cheap disc to keep the price down.
The starting bid was $99 and do you know that we sold many of those packages and people were bidding as high as $249.  YET there were other ads we had that had a fair buy it now price of $199
and had a BETTER player, and BETTER music packs.  YET it once again proved that shoppers are not willing to do enough research or soul searching to open up to a more honest approach.
(This is not meant to make negative comments toward the intellect of a person)  This is more about how the sales world takes advantage of the human mind and manipulates your thoughts.

Are we the ONLY company that you can buy from?  NO, there are others that deserve your business.  Are we the cheapest?  NO and for good and fair reasons.  We go to the ends of the earth for our customers and that in itself is worth something that most people fail to factor in.  Can we BRAG that you will NEVER find another company with more heart?  YES!  Can someone have staff that can show as much heart, yes!  We just literally live and die by a more honest approach. UNFORTUNATELY, it is not the most popular.

Honestly speaking.  If you knew in your heart that you found a RARE company that would shoot everything straight to you.  Don't you think at least talking to that company and showing that you want to make the REAL decisions that are NOT clouded by salesman junk.  Then spend time talking to us.  Even if you buy elsewhere, as long as you do it by being HONEST TO YOURSELF!  Then you will have truly done what was best for you.  Take it from a company that could EASILY sucker people all day long if we wanted to play the same game/sales tactics that the rest of the world seems to love.
