Here are a lot of peoples, who collecting coins. I think, everybody have ever seen some USSR coins - copeck or roubles. Here are a lot of commemoratives coins too. Today I want to share my experience in commemorative USSR coins. Here will be descriptions of 10 first USSR commemorative coins - 1965-1977 years 10, 15, 20, 50 copecks and 1 rouble.

This is first part of guide about all 1965-1991 commemorative Copper-Nickel coins in USSR.

1965

1 rouble
   20th anniv. of Soviet people's Victory over fascist Germany in the Great Patriotic War (1941 - 1945).
   Diameter: 3.1 cm, circulation:  60 000 000.

1967

10 copeck
   50 years of Soviet power.
   Diameter: 1.72 cm, circulation: 50 000 000.

15 copeck
   50 years of Soviet power.
   Diameter: 1.95 cm, circulation: 50 000 000.

20 copeck
   50 years of Soviet power.
   Diameter: 2.18 cm, circulation: 50 000 000.

50 copeck
   50 years of Soviet power.
   Diameter: 2.4 cm, circulation: 50 000 000.

1 rouble
   50 years of Soviet power.
   Diameter: 3.1 cm, circulation: 52 500 000.

1970

1 rouble
   100th anniv. of V. I. Lenin's birth.
   Diameter: 3.1 cm, circulation: 100 000 000.

1975

1 rouble
   30th anniv. of Soviet people's Victory over fascist Germany in the Great Patriotic War (1941 - 1945).
   Diameter: 3.1 cm, circulation: 16 000 000.

1977

1 rouble
   60th anniv. of the Great October Socialist Revolution.
   Diameter: 3.1 cm, circulation: 6 000 000.

   Games of the 22nd Olympiad in Moscow (Emblem).
   Diameter: 3.1 cm, circulation: 9 000 000.
