When looking for a OOAK baby or doll, always ask if the paperwork comes with it.  I am new to ebay, but have come accross this situation already.  If the doll you are wanting to bid on or buy, does not have the certification of the maker, then it makes you wonder if it truely is a OOAK.  I am fortunate to not have bought the one in question.  It would have costed me in the long run.  Hope this helps for buyers and collectors.
