A great way to collect beads & not spend hundreds on full strands is to buy pairs or singles. Collect matched pairs or singles beads & dress them up w/ other beads & place them in a display case. See my picture below. Look for sellers that sell beads in pairs or ask seller if they have another that will match up w/ the bead you are interested in buying. You can buy cheap beads to "Dress up" your pairs. Brass beads, silver,gold,bone Pony beads & just about anything you could think of. I will even use a single bead as a center piece bead for the pair I am displaying. This is a great way to collect beads & display them for all to see. The bead cases are very cheap, but very nice cases. I also recommend buying bead books & to  learn as much as possible before spending any money. And never forget......Always ask, size, condition.approx age & what country made the bead or beads you have your eye on. Happy bead learning & hunting !
