When it comes to cold food storage, we are all dependent on our refrigerators, freezers, and coolers.  When the power goes out, or we are on a trip; your choices are ice, dry ice, chemical gel packs.  Techni Ice is a combination of all three!  New to the United States, Techni Ice has been used in Australia for many years.  It is extremely easy to use - hydrate it, freeze it, use it! - Lasts up to 6 times longer than conventional gel packs and regular ice!
The biggest bonus over regular ice is that it never melts!  So you never have to contend with soggy food in your cooler.
