I would like to help the Buyers and Sellers on Ebay.
We sell thousands of items, and have found some useful insight over the years.
Email is the Communication here on ebay... please use it to your best advantage. I have 3 pointers that should help you.
1. Send clear emails, include the item number(s) of items, a BRIEF summary of the problem, and be patient for the answer. Most buyers get a few emails everyday... we sometimes get over 500! We have folks to answer questions, but at 30 seconds a message 500 takes a day and a half to answer.
2. Send ONE message. If you have won multiple items, don't send an email for each item. Put all the item numbers together in ONE email, this helps the Seller answer (and not be buried in emails) and helps you to have all the info in one return email.
3. Be Nice. I know this sounds like your Mom, but it is a great way to keep a good relationship. IF YOU TYPE IN CAPS it is considered yelling. If you use slams.... well that usually won't get you to the top of the list. The idea is to solve the issue, not make a new one.
Hope this helps both buyers and sellers.
