Now, I don't want to seem like I am putting anyone down here. So I will proceed carefully.
As I surf around ebay from time to time, I see a wide array of coin grading services. I know many are asking "are services like WCG, CSI, and others real grading services?". I say no, and I think the vast majority of coin dealers would agree with me. Unless I am looking at a coin in ANACS, NGC or PCGS holder I am leery of doing any bidding. Now, there are companies like ICG and PCI that are establishing themselves, and that is good. But, the fact of the matter is, you are buying a coin, not a holder.
Bid carefully, for example I saw an at best AU coin in a MS-65 DMPL holder the other day! How can this happen? Well, some unscrupulous people have taken the opportunity to relieve new or inexperienced coin collectors of their hard earned cash. People see a slab and assume, "well it must be that grade then", not always so. My last bit of advice is bid carefully, ask for better pictures if need be, and check feedback.
