How to spot a fake Coach Spring Slide keyfob # 92078

Authentic Coach Slide # 92078 should have:

1.) Coach embossed on the front of the sandal on the pick oval leather strip. Pink oval strip has pink stitching (not white).

2.)  Coach is embossed on the back of the sandal

3.) Tag has the style number #92078 on the front left corner. Style on the tag is SPRING SLIDE KF. Back of the factory tag should have a bar code with the number below it (this number should match the number on the receipt). MFSRP $38.00

4.) Should have a 1 1/4 SPLIT key ring made of nickle.

5.) Beware of fake white with brown trim Coach boxes made by counterfeiter's.(see photo below).

6.) Beware of stock photos taken from coach.com. Ask for a photo of the item you will actually receive.

7.) Beware of an auction that calls the item the wrong name or does not know the style number ie:calls the Spring Slide a Coach sandal key fob.

If you purchase you key fob from a Coach store, it may not have a ID tag on it if it is from the display rack. I would ask for a new one which should have the ID tag. If key fob is ordered from coach.com it will come with a ID factory tag and also be packaged in a plastic wrap with an ID # & style number (see below).

Beware of blurry photos or stock photos taken from Coach.com. If seller is using only a stock photo, ask for a photo of the actual item you will receive.

Check sellers feedback. If one feedback is questioning the authenticity of an item, avoid them.

Know & study the item you wish to purchase. Know what the authentic tag, box and receipt looks like.

Avoid new sellers or sellers with low feedback offering a designer item for much less than retail. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
