Coach Bumble Bee Key Fob # 5764

This was a very popular line in 2006 and highly copied. Do you know how to spot a FAKE copy? I will try to help you. . . .

Authentic Coach Bee fob will have:

1.) Metal hang tag engraved with COACH on the front and nothing is engraved on the back.

2.) Eyes are shiny nickle

3.) White wings are patent leather

4.) Yellow stripes (two) are also patent leather, BUT black body is NOT patent leather, but is black leather.

5.) All of the stitching is white thread.

6.) Reverse side is all black with white stitching. Coach is embossed in the center and "Made in China" is embossed at the bottom. (See Photos)

7.) Style number on the factory tag is #5764, and is located on the top left of the tag.

8.) MRSP is $38.00 this item was sold in 2006 and then at the factory in early 2007.

9.) Don't be fooled by the fake Coach white boxes with brown trim. They will have the incorrect style number on the box (that is why they rarely show it). The below box with the fake Bee fob is an authentic box as well as the other one below. Some counterfeiters are very deceiving and will show a photo of a fake fob with an authentic box for a prop. Counterfeit sellers have also been known to use a stock photo taken from coach.com, but that is not the item you will receive. Always ask to see a photo of the actual item you will receive.

When fakes are sold as 100% authentic guaranteed on the internet or auction sites it is deceitful and insulting to the buyers. These unscrupulous sellers think it is a fun game to trick innocent buyers into thinking their item is authentic. Most shoppers are not aware that auction sites are unable to  police the products sold with over 5 million auctions going at the same time.

So PLEASE educate yourself before bidding on any designer item.
