Being well dressed is a matter of training, not one of money.  The books asks... are you one of the well-dressed girls at school?

The purpose of book is to direct junior high school girls in their study of clothing problems.... giving information to make decisions wisely and dress in good taste through trained judgment. This book is intended to be used as a text for a basic course in design. Valuable today for re-creating fashions using the steps and tricks of the time for an authentic look.

This is a charming old book.  Study fashion history through this comprehensive, 501 page publication.
