The 2006-2007 Clemson tigers season brought many thoughts of an ACC title and a big bowl game. With stars like Gaines Adams returning, and halfback James Davis ready to run all over his oppents, big dreams were created. The only question was in Will Proctor; was he ready to be the starter? As the season started, we sadly realized, no. Through tough losses to BC, Maryland, and rival South Carolina we saw the true QB he was. It wasnn't all Will Proctors fault, we saw issues in our special teams and espicially Jad Dean. As the Biggest Clemson fan in all of Florida, I have to point out the good things too. We found a star in Freshman CJ Spiller, who exploded through holes, after catches, and on simple draws gained 20 yards. Gaines Adams showed up for sure having a sack every game he was in. Chansi Stuckey also showef off his skills, in his last season with us, getting big catch after big catch for scores. With early injuries to our D and uneasy special teams, look for Clemson next year to come out healthy and prepared on special teams. With so many seniors leaving, Clemson's offense with have to put the ball in the hand in lightning and thunder(CJ and JD). "Who will our next QB be?", is another question that comes to mins. The 06-07 Clemson tigers team wasn't able to live up to the hype but look forward to a good 07-08 campain. With the season gone, the offseason shopping for Clemson ebay items should actually be on the rise. With stars like Gaines Adams and James Davis, getting there autograph is important to any Clemson fan, like myself. Already I have bought the 1981 National Championship Coke bottle, a Team signed football, and 8x10s, one signed by Tye Hill, and on by Chansi Stuckey. Look forward to some good Clemson ebaying this summer and spring.
