Is your seemingly clean teapot hiding a dirty little secret?

During the time I've been lucky enough to collect and sell vintage Corningware teapots I've found that even those well cared for and pristine in appearance are often hiding dirt and grime. Even with normal washing grime builds up between the metal collar and neck of these pots.

Follow these simple steps to free your vintage treasure from years of built up dirt:

1.  Loosen screw and remove handle

2.  Unhook metal collar and remove

3.  Soak pot and metal collar in warm  soapy water, wash

4.  Replace cleaned parts

Voila! No more dirty little secrets!
