The Model 25 Was Produced for Several Years. And Several Variations. This will help determine and hopefully help you to narrow down when yours was produced.

1914-1924 Blued barrel and Plain Wood Stock no pistol grip.

1925-1930 Blued barrel and Pistol Grip stock

1931-1932 No Tang Screw and pistol grip stock(Tang= It is a strip of metal that hung down and wrapped around the top front portion of the stock.)

1933-1935 Tang was added and pistol grip stock

1936-1952 Engraving in Receiver

1953-1958 Painted and Plastic Stock and forearm. They were still made in Plymouth.

1960-1976 Made in Rogers Arkansas Painted and plastic.

1977-1978 Come out with a wider looking grip and a monte carlo stock.

1986-1987 Centennial Version 1986-1987 it was a wood stock and medallion.
