As a fan of Christian Audigier and Ed Hardy clothing myself it is easy for me to spot the fakes. Unfortunately for someone who may be buying their first piece off of eBay may not know what to look for. First and foremost is the price...if it sounds too good to be true...then it usually is guys! No one can offer and authentic CA item for pennies. Even at wholesle prices this stuff is still expensive. Secondly, I must say a lot of the fakes are styles that never existed! Please see photos below. These double sleeve styles never existed.

A lot of these same designs are still being sold on eBay! Be Careful! If you are unsure, just ask the seller if it is authentic. Can't hurt to ask! Any seller that shows clear detailed photos is definitely not selling a fake! I try to show as many photos eBay will allow. Also guys and gals, any CA shirts with hang tags like this one in the photo below are a fake!

CA never used this type of tag! Lets face it the fakes are getting better, but if you look closer you will see. Have a look at these zipper pulls. The fake is on the left and the authentic on the right. I took the authentic photos of course!

Another example is the interior of the reversable hoodie. The only hoodie with this interior was the Collage Hoodie from last year. NOT the newer version. I have seen many Revolution Hoodies on eBay with this lining...they are a fake for sure! Anyhow, the colours should be vivid and bright. NOT dull and old looking. Again, the fake is on the left and the authentic on the right...

Here are also some examples of T shirts. Fake CA T shirts are sloppy and cheesy looking. Authetic ones are impressive with the delicate foil and velvet flocking detail. Please compare the fake on the left and the authentic on the right.

Notice how the monogram are too bright. They should be very light like on the authentic one...see them...the light blue ones. On the fake they look painted on and sloppy! OK I think I have given enough examples everyone! I myself can say I have sold just about every styles CA has come out with. The cotton is always soft and the detail amazing.
