I recently purchased a new twisted springer for $475 with shipping from this seller Chopper_Tomas. I won the auction and got a quote on shipping and paid the next day.  He agreed to ship it to me in email and phone calls.  I then went through the next few weeks waiting for it to come...called several times and always got an excuse for it NOT EVEN SHIPPING YET. It was raining so he didnt want the box to get wet...didnt have time, etc. I finally sent friends to his house to pick it up since he didnt have time. One went 3 times...he never showed any of them. Thomas said he would drop it off at his house, then at work...neither of which was done. I finally sent another friend to his house to pick it up. 2x  The first time he want there.  Thomas had given him the wrong address entirely.  The sencond time he wasnt home.  I finally called the cops since Thomas had stopped answering my calls and emails about it. He had a fit about it and said he would just refund my money. I told him no since it was a legal binding agreement, I wanted my fork.  He agreed to hold it for people to pick it up.  They showed, he didnt...again.  He told the cops and my friends that I never paid for shipping...he then said that it was my responsiblity to arrange shipping and thats why it was all my fault I didnt have it.  I filed with ebay, paypal, internetfraud, my cops and his cops.  All in all he just wouldnt send it or sit in one place long enough for someone to pick it up. I finally got my money back after 52 days.  This was his FIRST sale and so far his only sale.  I do NOT recommend him to any buyer for any reason.  This isnt to slander him.. It can all be verified through paypals complaint service.
