I'm happy to see that the sets of faux gold Pandas have disappeared from ebay. But there are still Tibetan silver bars and "silver" Panda rounds. These have some value, but not at the price for the shipping. The Chinese use EMS, which does get your package to you in just over a week, but should you be dissatified with the product received, the shipping cost is non-refundable. In many cases the Chinese will tell you the cost is so high because it's not just for shipping alone, but handling, as well. Total crap. It's as though an imbecile or a toddler was playing with tape and boxes. Perhaps cardboard and tape are in short supply in Asia. US Postal workers would be fired for letting such a crudely wrapped parcel past the front desk.
As you're figuring out the cost of the product and the shipping, keep in mind that the value of the silver is questionable, and that the standard rate for shipping anything else from China is about 10 USD.
Don't be fooled by the words: "rare" and "priceless". What they really mean is: "ugly" and "worthless".
Best regards,
Lance
