First and foremost - the correct spelling is tourbillon - not tourbillion.
That being said, there are some very nice tourbillon watches being made in China right now. These tourbillons come with very nice finishes and are much more interesting than watches that house mass produced Swiss mechanical movements like the ETA 2892 that cost many times more than the Chinese tourbillons.
Collectors love tourbillon watches. For awhile, they were considered the creme de la creme of collectible timepieces. Minute repeaters may have over taken tourbillons, but that can be debated.
If you are in the market for a tourbillon, I would suggest taking a look at the Chinese tourbillons. They have received some very nice reviews from well known watch afficionados.
Bernardino is a brand of watch that is made in China and it holds true to its heritage in its marketing campaign. Many other Chinese tourbillons end up in Swiss and German watches without revealing the heritage of the inner workings.
The term Swiss Made only requires that 50% of the VALUE of the movement be manufactured in Switzerland and that the assembly must be done in Switzerland.
Give the Chinese tourbillons a try. You'll be impressed.
