It is a group of disorders that affects the movement of the body.  It includes about half million children and adults over three years of age.  There are four types of Cerebral Palsy and three types of early and late detection to understand and determine the diagnosis of a particular disorder.  It may require more extensive treatments for a certain type of a developmental delay and a possible diagnosis.  There are other known injuries that are used to avoid using the word Cerebral Palsy to avoid possible lawsuits.
