Did not receive the phone until a month and a half after payment. They kept saying that my phone was on it's way (who knows where). They are not very prompt in answering e-mail and phone is always busy. When I finally received my phone, the phone looks new as advertised but the batteries were defective. I had to charge my phone everyday, now I have to find a new battery for my cell phone.
