The other guide on ebay that I read for this phone said that because you could not install extra software that this phone was somehow flawed.  On the other phone I had with "extra software", I was constantly being held up by updates and crashes.  This phone provides a "bridge" between the old regular cellphone and the I-phone and other high end techie phones .  On this phone you will get extra features like digi cam, mp3, etc. and a great expensive look at half (or less) the price of a high ender and without all the confusing extras.  Its simple interface is not difficult to understand for all of us techno challenged.
