I have spent the past seven years researching homeschool oprions for my family. Early on, I decided that I wanted to give out children a solid Catholic education. There are many options available for creating your own curriculum. And of course ebay is the place to find the books and supplies you need, especially out-of-print books!

The first and foremost book I recommend is Catholic Home Schooling by Dr. Mary Kay Clark. It is a wonderful summary of the overall reasons for educating at home. While Dr. Clark does not got into curriculum and lesson plans, Mrs. Laura Berquist does in Designing Your Own Classical Curriculum (DYOCC). I started out reading both of these books, and have referred to them time and again, especially to DYOCC.

Catholic homeschool items will bring up a list of all items on ebay that mention Catholic homeschool. Also try looking for specific items from specific curriculums:
