Newest ebay ID as of 02/09 is Carbuff 2008 (you have to put a dash between f and 2008)  This person sells under several ID's over the last 5 yrs to name a few: Present ID a4dableautos (12/2008), allproautomall, autoandsport, locastro21, francis15317, sleepingdog53,acetechautosales,therightvehiclesinpa, shopwithnunny, royalrides4406, 412jackie7, nitemares724, jaauto412, jay751288, luvrsteelers, thebackho, silverbackho, allproautomall13.  Those are just the ones we could find listed on the web.

Who are we?  We are a group of buyers who got burned by the above sellers, all the same person/dealer in Canonsburg, PA.  BBB of PA has them as not accredited seller.  The PA Attorney General has investigated the dealer and has been charged with several charges including but not limited to Odometer roll back, tampering with public records, making false application for title registration, Violating rules/regs motor vehicle code, Engage in unprofessional conduct/incompetency, Fail to pay over tax to commonwealth, To name just a few, which all of this information is PUBLIC RECORD. 

This seller has amassed a total close to 250 negative feedbacks with the above ID's Selling auction/wholesale cars that should belong in a salvage yard.  Only to receive so many negative feedbacks and complaints the seller then movers on to another ID. Resuming there sells of unsafe vehicles.  Before ebay changed the feedback rating system the seller would simply bully the buyer into leaving POS feedback.  If the buyer left NEG feedback the seller would harass and threaten to sue for liable and slander.  They would pay Squaretrade or Net Neutrals to have any negative feedback removed from their record.  Now since the feedback system change they are getting TRUE feedback without the worry of the seller getting even with those who leave negative feedback.
