Nice service since november 2007, seventeen months of service with no reported issues. High quality performance, front and back USB loading, secure loading (not once has cable removed without personal removal). I rated 5***** on full uses. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for hub USB to buy CTG 29563. Also CTG hub can work without battery pack, the power was out a few days ago and blue light on top of hub was still lit, so CTG hub can work without electric cord that was supplied with product. CTG hub works off laptop USB as a power source (I don't know what the power source use is and this could take away from your battery allowance). So far excellent product, very pleased with CTG hub. Super easy to use and install.
