I had just purchased 3 of the same Dell D600 laptops from CSR Technologies myself. They arrived on a timely manner. I patiently checked them out. Out of the three (3), I discovered a few problems with only (1) of them. I immediately called them, receptionist listened to me then transferred my call to the tech. I talked to both of them the way that I would want to be talked to. He heard me out. Didnt ask any questions. He just told me to send it back and he will make it right. I did so, and within 10 days of it going to them and return back, I am well satisfied. They did what thyy said. I have never dealt with these people before and trusted my instincts and bought (3) at one time. I couldnt have asked for any better service and any better laptops for the money. These laptops are christmas gifts for my kids and I didnt want any problems as I told them. I wrote this review to the response of the unfair review I seen posted here by someone that said he knows someone that had a problem. Why didnt the guy that had the problem post a review? CSR needs to dispute that review by what I call here say. Or if he did have a problem, and call and talk to them in a descent way, they may have helped. Get real, if there is a problem and its not yours, mind your own business. Let the one with the problem post it. CSR did me right and there is no reason why they wouldnt any one else. Trust these people as I did, call them and talk right if needed. Everyone will be happy. (Dennis)
