These bras are cheaply made and run small.  When buying, suggest buying one size larger.  Also they will not hold their shape when machine washed.  They have molded cups which when machine washed get lumpy and misshappen.  (Nothing worse than having "dents" in your bra under a Tee or sweater!)  Stitching doesn't hold well, and if you are a runner, these aren't likely to give much support.  They will last longer being hand washed, and are fine for under T-shirts.  After a few months of these, wouldn't recommend them at all.  Most of mine fell apart within six months.  I would spend my $$ elsewhere.
