I will not recommend this credit card company to anyone!
Yearly fee is over $125, $5 cash advance and high interest rate. They even take $25 for a fee when they upgrade your limit by $75. So going from $400 to $475, a fee of $25 reflects.
I recently got a refund from a printing company for $278.20 but originally spent only $140 on this credit card. Weeks later the card has a block and possible closure of account when I called.
I have been ontime monthly payment for 3 years now, never a late payment. I have gone or the $750 limit a few times but corrected the issues with a prompt payment via wire for $8 or online for $5 or by check FREE.
Do not shop with this card company, your just throwing good money after bad. I plan on paying balance off or tranfer to another credit card company. I have the Gold Mastercard level.
My account is in fruad at this time with them and they are planing on closing my account. I never got a phone call or email from them and both information is and has been updated. They even accepted my payment of $40 4/30. I can't use my credit card at this time and who knows if the company has hired educated people or it will drag on for a week or more.
Yes I'm upset, a customer for three years and no phone or email saying my card in in fruadulant case becuase they got more money back to the card than originally spent.
If you get any emails asking you to get the credit card, discard this company into the trash. Don't think twice about their services and fees associated. In addition each department can't even stir you into the right direction on clearing the issue at hand. Yes I did cuss at the first lady because she had an attitude to start. I'm usually a calm person but this credit card business is getting to the point that you really shouldn't involve your life around those credit cards. I finally got a supervisor and she said they don't have the fax machine where Bank Atlantic sent the fax containing two forms that explain why $278.20 was refunded.
Basically Continental Finance told me that if I didn't sent the papers the account is closed. I shouldn't even be involved with this transaction period. So when does the customer have to do the foot work for the creditor to amend the matter at hand.
