This is a small mini guide to show you major key points to identifying whether or not the BAPE clothing you are about to purchase is real or fake. EBAY has been notoriously known for having auctions with fake items, everything from high end fashion to shoes to electronics. They pretty much have a bootleg version of everything. Also i apologize because ebay made the pictures small while I was uploading and it is harder to see.

...with that being said, lets begin with the guide.
In this guide, you will be able to tell the difference between fake and real A Bathing Ape sweaters, hoodies, shoes etc.
You have to also keep in mind that BAPE and BABY MILO and other BAPE related brands are always changing the little small unnoticable things to throw off the counterfitters.
Now, moving on to the hoodies and sweaters.
A quick and easy way to check the hoodies is the material. For the most part, fakes have a very fluffy material, like most brand new, unwashed sweatshirts. Real ones, however, have an almost towel-like weave to them.
Here are some pictures of real hoodies and sweaters.
NOW HERE ARE SOME FAKES.
also notice in this picture the neck tag, and the hang tag. they are both completely off, and if you see anything with this, it's fake automatically.
The hang tag should look like this.
On the newer hoodies the neck tags should look like this.
Zippers on bape jackets can also tell you something.
Additionally, you should not be able to see the zipper. the way bape makes their hoodies, there are little flaps that cover the zipper up. this is true for MOST hoodies, but not all, such as this baby milo one:
Another simple thing to look at are the sleeve tag, and the little size tag. both of these have a very simple embroidery, but the one thing that separates the real from the fake are the little threads that you can see behind the tag on the real ones:

HERE is a completely legit seller on ebay. unfortunately, the prices are extremely inflated because the styles are unavailable in bape stores anymore.

SHOES ARE MADE IN CHINA.
