I am writing this guide just as a warning to those out there who might have or are considering buying a product from etronichaven. This seller is especially not to be trusted with electronics and speaker auctions. Over the last several months etronichaven has auctioned many speaker systems, mouses, keyboards and other electronic devices. His auction might claim that the product is new and factory sealed, but beware as many of his products are either used, customer's returns or just defective. This seller has a habit of sending defective systems, if he even sends it at all. And if you do get the product and try to send it back, you most likely will get no response, refund or replacement. Of course eBay has their standard purchase protection program, but they only refund the buying price, the shipping price is not included. This is where your wallet really takes the beating, because this seller charges a low buying price with a high shipping price. You will be lucky to get much money back from eBay's purchase program. Paypal does refund the full price, but only if the seller never sent the item in the first place which rules out most of etronichaven's customers. So if you are thinking about buying a logitech speaker system or keyboard from etronichaven, you might want to think again. Be sure to check his feedback rating. From the last time I looked, this seller had received 21 negative feedback in the last 6 months over electronics auctions. Use caution when buying from this seller, don't waist your money like myself and many others have done.
