Amen and Thank You for the writer on the AMG Mercedes cars being available,  this letter is the C32 from 2002 thru 2004.

To start, the mobile phones are a good phone and cost a lot of money as an option .. but now the government will not allow you to use it .. period.  Mercedes will not give back any of your money!

I bought a used one 12 months ago .. It has been in the shop for 10 1/2 month of it since. The performance and Luxury of the car is exceptional. Thats the end of the "Good" part of this letter.

Since that purchase I ran it for the 1st day and the next morning the car wouldn't even start. Mercedes was great .. I called them and they drove to my home and told me that the Battery was shot .. they put a new one in it and I thought that was a OK thing, stuff happens. The next day I was having a good time with a quick beautiful sedan. The next morning .. the battery was now dead "again". Lets see, I just bought a new one, I'll call them and have them ask a question. They wanted me to come to the shop and they would look at it. They looked and several modules were messed up and the price of the main module and a small another one would cost me 4,700.00 to have it fixed .. and they aren't sure if it would be OK cause some of the car had different parts (Body part and several HP suspension)

So lets see. I've had the car for 2 days and it"has" cost me 165.00 for the battery and "would" cost me 4,700.00 more if  I want to drive it. So I went to a German Repair Place that works on my other car for him to look at it again. (I had him look at te car before I bought it to make sure it was OK for 150.00 so I'd be smart?) He looked at the car and said the cost of fixing it wouldn't cost me 4,700.00 but probably about 2,500.00. SOoooo I left it to him and told him to fix it as I still love the car? after 6 month, yes 6 month the car still wasn't OK yet for several reasons that I should understand. He called AMG in Germany .. He talked to the original buyer .. he called the local Mercedes dealer (The one that has already cost me for "2" batteries that still couldn't fix it .. for sure) and all of them don't know how to fix it. The man is a sweetheart and the owner started working on it (He's a Ferrari mechanic and owner) and it ran and he said 2 different sections of the car couldn't work yet .. he didn't know how to fix it .. bought it would run fine given those "small" problems. So now I have my daughter drive it for her work.

She loves the car too, its beautiful ..  quick .. sexy and I think that at least she will be safe and happy.

Together I picked her up togo home and I was going to drive her thru the car wash. It was 80 degree as that time and when sitting in a long line .. smoke .. starts coming thru the hood. Home honey, I'll drop the car thru Mercedes and have it looked. In the morning I drop it off and tell them the AIR CONDITION must have a problem or the radiator. 4 Days later, after not getting a call, i asked how the car was doing as my daughter had to rent a car till it was ready. "We're sorry but (something I still dont understand) that has to do with the "same" problem from before? and it will cost about 1,300.00 to have the over heating taken care off. Well, my daughter still costs me 35.00/day until fixed for a rental, and go ahead and have it fixed.  A week later I stll have to call them to find out how my car is doing. O yea, I have that taken care of ..BUT .. with the Radiator hose and other parts is OK but it will cost you about another few of dollars (700.00) and I need you to Ok the price on your BILL. Well since its now about 90 degrees every day here .. I guess that my daughter might get mad without AC. So go ahead and have it fixed.

Another week and no calls from them .. I called and left messages 4 times .. I called the service manager and "left another message" about the problem with my service man (2 phones .. work & mobile) that wouldn't allow me to know whats happening with my daughters car. The service "man" not the Manager called "my daughter" and told him it was ready, Thank You for your business.

I pick up to get the car and pay my next 2,300.00 to get my keys. The car is clean (outside only) and drive home .. hey I was going to listen to Hells Bells and enjoy the car after 10 months. No Radio .. It doesn't work. I call back to tell of them that information. (To days ago I watched the mechanic tear apart the dashboard to put in the parts for the AC) SOooo The service man tells me that it wasn't that problem .. it never worked when they got it in! No lets see .. I drove it in with my daughter .. listens to AC-DC when driving in .. there are 6 CD's in it to use which we have several times .. but it wasn't our problem at Mercedes. BUT I can bring it in Monday and we'll look at it .. THANK YOU!

I drop off the car on Monday and called on Wednesday to see if it was "Fixed?" Nooooo, now there WAS a problem and you Amp in the trunk is the problem and it would cost you1,200.00 and we would have it fixed for you. GRRrrrrrr, I think I'll pick it up and see someone other than you about the Radio. No we're not done yet. I stop by to pick up the car .. shakes my hand .. and I ask for my keys and car. YOU"LL HAVE TO GO SEE THE CASHIER TO GET YOUR CAR, Ill have it dropprd out right there. I go to the cashier and for 100.00 more for looking at the Radio, I can have the car.

I've payed the 100.00 and I have the car. It works well as far as beautiful .. quick .. performance .. and Luxury. AND I'm light $ 5,000.00 + and it still doesn't work on the original 2 things that keep looking on the dash, the radio doesnt work and I had to buy my daughter a new MazdaSpeed 6 that always works.

Dont buy the cars, there are way too many problems. If they built one like a 55 cheve that you could work on .. It's a beautiful fast luxury car. But they don't, I'm looking for my Attourney and crying to my Accountant! Don't You do it!
