As someone who has been new at this retail business I would like to give a few tips in the do's and donts! First off if you decide to get a business license, make sure its all done by a professional, there are several things that must be done including publishing your name in a newspaper etc. I had good luck with legal zoom. Also when selling on ebay, with paypal etc, keep in mind when your buying your products and pricing them, that both ebay and paypal can take a substantial cut and be sure to figure this into your potential profits. Also try and go for items that are not mainstream, the market is saturated with mainstream items aka Ipods, electronics etc. I highly recommend using click and ship as it saves you money on delivery confirmation, gas etc. Watch here for more tips as we brave a new frontier!
