Some Ebay sellers really frustrate me. For instance, when there's no shipping charge listed on an item page, it takes more back-and-forth communication between buyer and seller in order to determine a shipping price. Also, what really irks me, is how some sellers say they don't "play grade" or have a phonograph in order to check out what they're selling. I don't think anyone should sell records if they don't play-grade; at least drop the tone-arm down on the record in order to have some idea of what condition the records being sold actually IS. I also don't like to order from outside the U.S. anymore; too much wait, too many complications. And, unless it's an Item I Absolutely Can't Live Without, if a seller doesn't use Paypal, I'm inclined not to buy that item. Paypal just makes things easier for buyer and seller. Although, I've seen sellers who charge buyers EXTRA to use Paypal, to offset Paypal's costs. How chintzy is THAT? I've had great fun and met a lot of great merchants on Ebay, but the audacity of some of them makes me wanna tear my hear out (the hair that isn't already falling out, that is).
