I just wanted to share a little bit of insight with you that I have gained from my experience as a seller and addicted buyer of gymboree clothes here on ebay. The first time you do this you will be so happy....

If you are anything like me, there are times when I am patient enough to wait for an auction to end and get the rush of sniping an item in the last 2 seconds, but my obsession has taken me past that point now and I have started to surf the ebay stores for items I need. Yes, I said NEED!!! You all know what it feels like to have all but ONE piece from a specific line and you cant rest until it is on its way to you.  I have found a great technique to make sure I am getting the best possible price for each item I buy.  When I go through the active auctions and dont find a specific item I am looking for, I comb through the listings in the store, adding each pertinent item to my watch list. I then go through and see what the lowest priced item is including the shipping and also look for items you can make an offer on. If you are buying more than one item from a specific buyer, or they have worked with you in the past, they are more than likely to accept your offer and you get to save on shipping! Even if they dont have an item listed as accepting offers, but you have been happy with their service and product in the past, MAKE THEM AN OFFER!! The worst they can do is say no. And lots of times, as long as it is reasonable and respectful, they will accept.

I have had some seriously insulting offers made on items I have listed, but I am still glad to have the opportunity for people to buy and me to sell the item. A friend of mine once told me when she makes an offer, she takes the shipping cost and subtracts  it from the asking price so as not to insult the buyer with an unreasonable offer, but to get free shipping on an item she NEEDS> whatever works!

Hope all of this helps! I generally list items after my daughters have only worn them once or twice, basically because I have so many things for them to wear. My selling helps to offset my buying, unfortunately it never is enough!!
