Guide on the Studded Burberry Studded Knight Bag

The Burberry Knight bag was a very popular bag and sold out nation-wide.

Interior tag with "Made in Italy" embossed in the leather and the serial number on the reverse side.

Things to look for:

* Exterior of the replica's are usually fairly close, it is with the interior of the bag that they miss details.

* Interior Equestrian Knight emblem should be embossed in the leather with silver ink.

* Interior tag with "Made in Italy" should have the serial number on the reverse side

* Underside of the zipper pulls on the top closures should be marked

* Look for excessive puckering where the lining is stitched to the leather of the bag. Some gathering is fine but not puckering that goes all along the  leather trim. This is usually a red flag on any designer handbag.

* The interior lining is black and  has a slight lined textured look. The equestrian Knight's will be found on the lining in the upright and upside down position, because the lining may be in one piece. The lining on the replica bags seems to be a thinner material that may go undetected with auction photos.

* If the auction or website does not have close up's of the interior (both compartments), bottom, interior serial number, Equestrian Knight stamp, underside of the top zipper pulls, I would ask for them before I would even consider buying.
