Even old pros can be fooled. Some sellers copy or look for items to sell. They have no knowledge in the field they are selling and when sales get slow will move on to something else that is selling better. Ask questions of the seller. Look at their feedback and see what they have sold in the past. This can help get equipment that works for what you need. In sluice boxes some sell aluminum riffles, what they don't tell you is if you use it a lot the riffles wear out faster than steel riffles. Snuffer bottles should be made with a washer to hold the black sand from entering the cap area and sticking by the tube. Ask the seller if they have a washer in their bottle. All the major manufacturers do. Most snuffer bottles are a 4 oz. size don't be fooled by the 2oz. bottles (unless you want that size) , just don't pay the 4 oz. bottle price for a 2oz. bottle.

Gold sellers should list the weight in GRAMS not GRNS which is grains. 31 grams =1 ounce of gold it takes 480 grains to = 1 ounce don't be fooled. Ask questions.
