If you are looking to get into the ebook business there is one thing that cannot be pointed out enough; digital rights.

If you would like to bid on and buy an ebook to resell on your own website or resell on eBay you must make sure that you have the proper persmission to resell this package of information or file.

The best way to make sure that you are bidding on an ebay auction that comes with legitimate resale rights is to send a message to the seller using the contact seller buton on ebay.

You can ask them if they hold a file, document or anything from the "original" author of this material that states that all who buy it are also buying the right to resell this information.

If the seller says that they can produce this info upon purchase then this would be a good candidate for your new ebook library to resell on ebay, if they cannot "Buyer Beware"!

Just remember that after the auction is over is not the time to ask questions. There is much to be said on this topic but I like to keep it simple; you must make sure everything is the way you want it from the seller prior to clicking on the bid button.  After the sale you get  what you get.
