VISIT OUR STORE   Buying a pre-owned vehicle like a LS, IS,ES, GS, RX, GX, LX Audi,  Infiniti, Toyota, Range Rover,  Honda, Cheverolet, Ford, Chrysler, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Cadillac, Jeep, Dodge, Bently, Jaguar, SAcura, UV, Truck is easy, if you do the proper research.  Look into several sellers and read their feedback..  Ask yourself is it good overall?  Ok they may have had a couple of negative feedback comments from disgrunteled buyers because the vehilce might have sold on the weekend at the dealership  but there wasn't enough time left on a busy weekend to update the E Bay page, making someone upset.  Usually the dealership will take all the heat for this unfortunate mishap ( in the way of negative feedback)  and not the interested buying party.  As a rule high line or franchise dealerships are in it for the long run and do their best to disclose all knowing issues with a vehicle when listing it.   Good dealerships will list as many as 35 to 45 photo's of the vehicle and offer an over the phone walk around to all interested parties to act as their eyes and ears.  Generally you'll get a gut feeling of the sales person you are dealing with over the phone and through e mail and most of the time your impressions will be right.

Used vehicles don't have the same availability as a new car.  Remember you are shopping the virtual lot and can't just walk on the lot to see the car.  If you were buying a new car there would be 40 or 50 identical cars to look at and if one was sold before you made your decision to purchase you would have 49 more to fall back on.  With a used car there is only one and if someone else gets to it before you do  it's gone.  Some dealerships will take a deposit over the phone to hold the car until you can get in to see or drive it.  A repuptable one will gladly return your deposit if you are not completely satisified with what you see.         we aren't perfect but we try  hard to do it right the first time.  We hope you found this helpful.
