At MC Headstone, we would like to create a beautiful memorial for your loved one.  We know that for most people, buying a headstone is a new experience.  You may not know where to start.  We have written this guide to help you through the process.

Q: How many stones have you engraved?

A: We have engraved over 500 stones at our business location at 1800 South Highway 30 in Heyburn, Idaho.  These stones have included headstones, business signage, welcome rocks, and residential address markers.

Q: Which stone should I purchase?

A: Our headstones are listed in 3 categories: Infant (or child), Adult (individual), and Companion (couple). You will then need to decide which stone (and color) you prefer.  Sandstone is almost as strong as granite, and quartzite is stronger than granite; both of our stones are made to last forever.  We now offer granite markers.

Q: How can I choose an image?

A: We have over 1,000 images for you to choose from.  Please email us a general idea of what images you'd like (for example, butterflies, angels, or mountains) and we'll email you back several images for you to choose from. 

Q: What font can I choose?

A: We have several fonts to choose from, and you can mix and match any fonts you'd like. 

Q: How do you put it all together for a beautiful design?

A: There are so many options of how to design a beautiful headstone with imagery and text.  Each design is unique and we will create any design you would like.  Just email us your ideas and we'll send you a design proof. 

Q: How long does the engraving take?

A: Once we have all your information, then we will email you a picture of your stone as well as a design proof.  We will keep working with you until the design is perfect.  From the time that you say "okay" to the design and stone (at this point we ask you to pay for your stone), we will have your headstone engraved within 10-15 business days.
