+Gateway and emachines are practically the same brand.
+The gateway laptops do not include the computer drives cd. You need to ask for those online or by phone.
+Gateway only gives you a full warranty if you buy from an "authorized dealer". Almost everyone on ebay selling gateway computers are not "authorized".
That said, be careful. If you get a critical virus and you have to format and restore your computer, the discs included in the computer will not be sufficient.
Gateway is kind enough to sell you such disks at $21 dollars. Take those precautionary measures.
