 I'm hoping to encourage buyers to ask more questions of sellers before they buy.  So often, I get email from disappointed buyers who wish they had seen my listings before they had purchased from a seller who did not describe their 14K gold charm properly and would not refund their money.

BEWARE of sellers with "All sales final" posted in the listings. A good refund policy is the indication that the seller has confidence in their product, has a good reputation for honesty, integrity and excellent business practices.  

If you gals are spending your hard earned money on jewelry to wear frequently and show off to your friends, you should LOVE IT when it arrives or be able to return it if it does not thrill you with everything about it. After all, we sellers are asking you to buy from a photo and description never having held the jewelry in your hand right?  Right! 

More sellers need to remember that and more buyers need to demand a good refund policy to be in place BEFORE you buy 14K gold charms, 14K gold charm bracelets----actually EVERYTHING you buy on eBay.

I have a "no hassels" refund policy so that anyone can return jewelry for any reason.  Occasionally I get a piece of colorful jewelry returned because the buyers monitor showed a different shade of blue than the item truly was.  Ok by me!  Send it back---I told the buyer and she was pleased.  Our transaction concluded with a refund, favorable feedback for both of us and she was able to continue buying from me, knowing I stand behind my jewelry with such a liberal return policy.  

Your collection of gold charms is a reflection of the people places and events in your life which you want to carry with you, usually a bracelets intended to become heirloom jewelry.  Each and every 14K gold charm you add should be exactly what you thought it was going to be, when it arrives.  Remember please, to buy from sellers with a great feedback record, good reputation and a refund policy for cash NOT store credit and your gold charm bracelet will be filled with warm memories.
