I want people to be knowledgeable of how to avoid Ebay members not following the rules and regulations of auctioning their products.

Look at the feedback rating and if you find that there is a consistency of negative feedback you should avoid buying.

Always, and I mean always ask questions about the product that you are trying to purchase. Some questions to ask are:

1. Confirming the accuracy of their advertisement.
2. Whether the seller has expressed consent from the manufacturer to sell or re-sell on their behalf:(This only applies to brand new merchandise)
3. Reasons for selling their product.
4. Whether or not the product comes with a warranty.

If ebay seller refuses to answer any of your questions you should avoid buying.

Remember not all Ebay members focus on illegal selling methods.
